What is new
narra is in a private pilot, so this changes often. The most recent things worth knowing:
- Quotes write nothing until you save. Opening New quote and closing it again no longer leaves a blank draft or burns a quote number.
- Financials shows figures a home-services business can act on: Collected, Outstanding, Quote win rate and Net margin.
- Address autocomplete on the phone, so a crew member types three characters instead of a full street.
Still stuck
Email team@narraweb.com and tell us what you were doing and what you expected instead. There is no phone line. Narra is a small pilot, and email is the honest answer rather than a number nobody would pick up.
If it concerns money or missing records, say so in the subject and include the quote or invoice number. Those go to the front of the queue.
