Leads & winning work
Where enquiries land, how they become customers, and what tells you it is working.
A lead is an enquiry you have not won yet. narra keeps it with its source, so when it turns into money you can see which channel produced it.
Where do leads come from?
Entered by hand, or imported from Meta ad forms if you connect that in Settings → Connectors. Either way each carries a source.
How does a lead become a client?
Quote them. When they accept, the lead becomes a client and the history follows. You do not re-enter anybody.
What is a lead source and why does it matter?
Where the enquiry came from. A referral, a sign, an ad, a website form. It carries through to the client and the revenue, which is how you find out which channel is worth paying for.
How do I see whether my quoting is working?
The Quote win rate KPI on Financials: accepted as a share of quotes sent. Drafts are excluded because you have not asked anyone yet.
What is the quote funnel?
Issued, open, won and lost, with the value attached to each. It answers “how much work am I waiting on” as well as “how much did I win”.
How do I follow up a lead?
By hand. Open it and contact them. narra does not send automatic sequences, so nothing reaches a customer without you deciding.
Can I take booking requests from my website?
narra can publish a booking form and accept requests against your availability. It is configured in Settings under booking.
What happens to a lead I do not win?
Mark it lost. It leaves the working list and stays in the funnel figures, so your win rate stays honest rather than improving because you deleted the losses.
